What we did
Potential clients in suburban settings often ask us whether the pump is noisy when the sprinklers come on in the early hours. The answer to this question is “no”. The pump is situated inside the water holding tank and is completely silent.
A correctly installed pop up sprinkler system ensures that the lawn is perfectly green. We only use the best quality gear driven pop up sprinklers that sit just below the surface and only lift when working. Targeted irrigation saves valuable water too.
The irrigation system in this sunny green garden comprises gear driven pop up sprinklers for the majority of the lawn and an MP Rotator short range pop up sprinkler to a small section of the lawn. The flower beds and borders benefit from irrigation by means of misters. The system has an 1100 litre holding tank, submersible pump, irrigation controller and wireless rain sensor.

“I have a reasonable sized garden for London, big enough that on a typical summer’s day I spend 3+ hours watering the lawn and flower beds. I contacted Life Irrigation on the phone and they were very upfront about costs etc. Ronen came over to look at my garden and give a quote. Unfortunately my water mains pressure wasn’t enough to have a basic system. I would have to go for a more expensive set up with tank and pump.
